Job Description:
- Support and monitor daily operational issues for outlets and hostels.
- Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure repair works complete on time.
- Ensure operational tasks are completed according to schedule and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with outlet managers to resolve daily operational issues.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, landlords, and service providers.
- Prepare and monitor rectification reports arising from mall management inspections.
- Schedule and coordinate contractor visits, preventive maintenance, and repair works.
- Apply for work permits and ensure compliance with mall and regulatory requirements.
- Verify invoices, quotations, and service reports before submitting them for payment processing.
- Maintain maintenance records, asset registers, service schedules, and operational documentation.
- Track and follow up on preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
· Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
· Preferably executive specialized in operations.
· Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Good command of English language both oral and written
· Knowledgeable with Microsoft office applications
· At least 2 years’ experience in Operation Support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
