Employment Details:
- Location: Menara Southpoint
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri | 9:30am - 6:30pm
- Contract: 12 months
- Basic Salary: RM2,500
Job scope:
- Follow up with leads obtained from various multiple channels (FB ads, TikTok ads, AWB/SPX Website, FB Community Groups, Referral Programme, Physical Banners & Flyers)
- Call up IDs that have been created but haven't turned up for work
- Manage existing 100+ Whatsapp groups for newly onboarded/attrited FT/PT courier & sorter pool, to answer all their queries regarding pay, hub location, shift hours etc
- Assist with new hires' onboarding
- Support the team with OPS ID creation, especially for peak season / weekends
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- At least diploma or 1 year relevant working experience
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
