Clinic Assistant (Full-Time)

We are a private cardiology practice with three specialist clinics located at Mount Elizabeth Orchard, Mount Elizabeth Novena and Gleneagles Hospital. We are looking for a friendly and motivated Clinic Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Patient registration and appointment scheduling
• Front desk reception and administrative duties
• Arrange hospital facility bookings for procedures
• Assist with clinic operations and patient coordination

Requirements

• Friendly and pleasant personality with a good service attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to rotate between our three clinic locations
• Relevant clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage, but not required

Working Hours

• Full-time
• 5.5-day work week (Office hours)
• Take turns to carry the clinic handphone after office hours (shared among the team)

Education

• Min GCE 'N' Level / GCE 'O' Level

Work Location:
Mount Elizabeth Orchard, Mount Elizabeth Novena & Gleneagles Hospital (rotation between clinics)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
