Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Read drawing plans and prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for interior fit-out projects.
• Tender Preparation: Prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and specifications for contractors.
• Procurement: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure cost-effective contracts.
• Cost Control: Monitor project costs, track variations, and ensure expenditures align with the approved budget.
• Variation Management: Assess and document variations and changes in project scope.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to Singapore building codes and all relevant regulations

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior fit-out projects in Singapore.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with local construction regulations, building codes, and fit-out standards.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams
• Analytical Ability: Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Independent Self-Starter: Able to work independently, multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)
