Responsibilities
About the Role
Join Accenture as an SAP HR Functional Analyst and play a key role in designing and delivering HR technology solutions that drive business transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support, enhance, and optimize SAP HCM processes, enabling efficient workforce management and improved employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM functional specifications
- Configure and support SAP HR modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll (as applicable)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including design, build, testing, and deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user training materials
- Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HR / HCM functional consulting
- Hands-on experience in at least 2 SAP HR modules (e.g., PA, OM, Time, Payroll)
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures
- Experience in SAP configuration and functional design documentation
- Familiarity with system integration and testing methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or hybrid SAP HR landscapes
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HR or Employee Central
- Exposure to global or regional HR transformation projects
- SAP certification in HCM or SuccessFactors
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment
