Salary: $1,600 + $100 Attendance Allowance + Shift Allowance + OT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate injection molding machines to produce medical components
Operate semi/full automated assembly equipment
Monitor machine parameters, cycle time, and material flow
Inspect parts using visual and measurement tools
Record production output, rejects, and process deviations
Identify and report defects (short shot, flash, burn, warpage)
Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance
Assist in minor machine adjustments
Maintain cleanroom, hygiene, and 5S standards
Follow ISO 13485, GMP, FDA, and safety procedures
SHIFT DETAILS
Shift A: Mon–Fri (7am–3pm), Sat (7am–1pm) → $2/day allowance
Shift B: Mon–Fri (3pm–11pm), Sat (1pm–7pm) → $5/day allowance
Shift C: Mon–Fri (11pm–7am) → $10/day allowance
5 / 5.5 days work week depending on shift
REQUIREMENTS
Secondary / Technical qualification in Manufacturing or related field
1–3 years injection molding or production experience preferred
Basic knowledge of machine operation & quality inspection
Familiar with GMP / ISO 13485 is an advantage
Able to work shift and overtime
Responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
