In this full-time role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and technical implementation support to our property management clients.

What you'll be doing

• Gather and analyze client requirements to design tailored software solutions for property management
• Develop and configure property management software to meet client needs
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of our property software
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless software integration and functionality
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing property software and recommend improvements
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as the primary point of contact

What we're looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Accounting or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience as a software consultant or business analyst in the property industry
• Proficient in property management software and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
