Hiring: Ericsson Core Network Architect | Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia | Onsite

We are looking for an experienced Ericsson Core Network Architect to join a leading telecom project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on a 12-month contract.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Onsite)

Contract: 12 Months

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Design High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for Ericsson 4G/5G Core Networks (SA & NSA)

Lead deployment, integration, and configuration of CNFs and VNFs in cloud-native environments

Drive capacity planning, performance optimization, software upgrades, and lifecycle management

Support network integration, interoperability, and end-to-end validation

Troubleshoot complex signaling and user-plane issues across 4G/5G Core Networks

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer teams to deliver scalable telecom solutions

Required Skills:

8+ years of experience in Telecom Core Network Architecture or Solution Design

Strong expertise in Ericsson 4G/5G Core Network technologies and 3GPP standards

Hands-on experience with AMF, SMF, UPF, MME, SGW, PGW, NRF, DNS, IMS

Solid understanding of 4G/5G architecture, end-to-end call flows, TCP/IP, QUIC, and SS7

Experience with NFV/SDN, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud-native platforms

Knowledge of Wireshark for network analysis and troubleshooting

Exposure to Python, SQL, or Tableau is an added advantage

Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
