Full Time Executive, Product Development Jobs, in MSIG Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

About the Role

Assist in the development and management of the Company's products through market research, product development, competitor analysis, and product marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:-

• Assist in the development and management of all product marketing activities, including market research, the development and enhancement of products and services, and the preparation and delivery of training and presentations for new and enhanced products and services.
• Assist in coordinating and working with the respective MSIG Managers to develop and promote products in alignment with the Company's business strategies, IT requirements, and underwriting policies.
• Conduct analysis of product differentiators and competitive advantages between MSIG Malaysia, the Regional operations, and industry/competitor practices.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive information library on competitors within the insurance industry.
• Regularly update and share work progress with colleagues in the Product Development Department (PD), actively participating in departmental meetings and maintaining continuous communication to ensure the PD team functions effectively and cohesively.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications:-

• Degree Holder in Insurance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years working experience in general insurance operations; preferably related to product development, market research or a related role will have an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
