Production Operator 8-12 Hr Shift

Responsibilities

Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Perform assembly, testing, inspection, and packing of products.
Conduct visual and basic quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Monitor equipment performance and report any abnormalities or maintenance issues.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Adhere to workplace safety, quality, and 5S housekeeping standards.
Meet daily production targets and delivery deadlines.
Support material handling, stock replenishment, and inventory movement activities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Production Leader.

Requirements

Minimum Primary/Secondary education or equivalent.
Prior experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, semiconductor, or electronics environments is an advantage.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling light materials.
Able to read and follow work instructions accurately.
Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality requirements.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.

Working Hours

Day Shift / Night Shift / Rotating Shift (subject to operational requirements).
Overtime may be required based on production demands.
