Job Summary

Responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining the Company's fleet management platform by delivering assigned modules independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable and high-quality software solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Design & Build Scalable Systems – Develop, maintain, and enhance full stack applications powering our fleet management platform.
• Full Development Lifecycle – Lead the end-to-end development of features, from requirements analysis and implementation to testing and deployment..
• Improve Architecture – Contribute to system design decisions and help evolve our backend and frontend architecture for scalability and performance.
• API & System Integration – Integrate APIs, third-party services and internal microservices to build seamless and scalable solutions.
• Code Quality & Performance Optimization – Participate in code reviews, maintain clean coding standards, improve the existing codebase, and optimize database queries and overall system performance.
• Mentor & Collaborate – Provide guidance to junior developers, actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions, and work closely with senior developers, product managers and AI teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks).
• Solid understanding of frontend development (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Strong experience with MySQL / MSSQL / MongoDB/PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
• Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned modules/features.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in production environments.
• Added Advantage with experience with C# or cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
