Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Malaysia, responsible for overseeing daily operations at project locations. This position involves coordinating and monitoring construction, Solar PV, and M&E activities to ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Site Supervisor will lead site teams, allocate tasks, verify workmanship and materials, and liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Daily responsibilities include conducting site inspections, preparing progress reports, resolving operational issues, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental procedures. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, supporting quality assurance, and contributing to continuous improvement in site processes and performance.

• Ability to supervise daily site operations, coordinate work teams, and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Experience in construction, facility management, or engineering projects, preferably within Solar PV or M&E environments.
• Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality control practices for on-site activities.
• Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in basic project documentation, progress reporting, and use of digital tools for site management.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work plans to guide implementation on site.
• Problem-solving skills and the capacity to make sound decisions under time and resource constraints.
• Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; technical certifications are an advantage.
• Previous supervisory experience in Malaysia’s government, commercial, or industrial project settings is beneficial.
