Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow projects. This role is responsible for managing project planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and project dependencies to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end project execution by coordinating development, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and release activities while ensuring alignment with project scope and business requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively resolving blockers to minimize project impact.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance policies, quality assurance processes, and compliance requirements through regular project reviews and testing validation.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project reporting, change management activities, and user adoption initiatives, including training and knowledge transfer to support successful implementation.
Requirements
- Minimum 6–10+ years of hands-on experience leading ServiceNow development, implementation, and enterprise project delivery.

- Proven experience managing the complete project lifecycle, including solution design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as:
- Microsoft Project
- Jira
- ServiceNow PPM
- or equivalent project management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Project planning
- Risk and issue management
- Change management
- Budget management
- Resource planning and allocation
- Experience integrating ServiceNow solutions with enterprise applications and existing business processes.
- Good understanding of IT governance, compliance, audit requirements, and ITIL best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and vendor management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive successful project outcomes.
