HAC Technical Programme Manager – Data Centre Programme

Salary: SGD 9,350 – 11,150 per month

SGD 9,350 – 11,150 per month + major data centre programme in Singapore.

This is a client-side technical programme role for someone who can keep complex HAC / mechanical workstreams controlled, documented and moving.

About the role

You’ll support the Lead Client Technical Programme Manager across HAC-related mechanical product workstreams within a large-scale data centre infrastructure programme.

The role is not a hands-on design authority position. It needs someone with enough mechanical understanding to follow technical discussions, coordinate actions, spot risks, manage documentation and keep consultants, contractors, vendors and client teams aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day programme delivery across HAC / mechanical product workstreams.
• Coordinate product development meetings, agendas, minutes, actions and follow-ups.
• Maintain trackers for risks, issues, RFIs, actions, decisions, change items and deliverables.
• Prepare weekly flash reports, quarterly packs, progress updates, presentations and spreadsheets.
• Track technical blockers, documentation gaps, design issues, interface risks and project dependencies.
• Coordinate inputs from mechanical engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal client teams.
• Escalate risks or delays affecting schedule, cost, quality or programme delivery.
• Support change control, funding requests, contract information, vendor invoices and purchase order tracking.
• Manage project records through AODocs, Buganizer, eBuilder, Google Workspace and related tools.
• Support cross-functional coordination across mechanical, electrical, controls, telecoms, security, architectural, structural and civil teams.

Requirements

• Background in mechanical engineering, MEP, building services, technical infrastructure or mission-critical project delivery.
• Experience in programme management, project management, PMO, project controls or technical coordination.
• Strong ability to manage trackers, actions, risks, RFIs, change items, documentation and stakeholder updates.
• Experience supporting complex technical projects involving consultants, contractors, vendors and client-side stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including reports, meeting notes, presentations and senior updates.
• Comfortable working with structured processes, templates, governance frameworks and cloud-based project tools.
• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical engineering, building services, construction, project management or a related discipline.

Desirable / nice-to-have background

• Data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, aviation, energy or complex MEP infrastructure experience.
• Mechanical product development, design coordination or technical programme delivery exposure.
• Client-side programme management, technical coordination or assurance experience.
• Familiarity with AODocs, Buganizer, eBuilder, BIM360 / ACC, Google Workspace or similar platforms.
• Experience with contract administration, PO tracking, vendor invoice review, funding requests or commercial reporting.
