Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers professionally and provide excellent customer service at the service center.
• Receive watches and other products for servicing, accurately record customer and product details, and create service orders in the system.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, providing accurate information on products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via CRM, phone, email, and WhatsApp within established service standards.
• Process service invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative and operational support to other divisions within the business group as required.
• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth service operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level with at least 3 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in a service center environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform administrative tasks accurately.
• Able to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when handling challenging customer situations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive service mindset.
• A dependable team player with a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications or any form other CRM systems.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
