Kerja Sepenuh Masa Assistant Quantity Surveyor (M-E)-Clementi, Gaji tinggi SGD 5,000 di MAXHUNT West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

1) Evaluation of tender & quotation.

2) Carry out Quantity take-off for tendering of projects.

3) Sourcing and review cost from respective trade suppliers / subcontractors.

4) Preliminary design proposal for design and built projects.

5) Prepare cost comparison to management and submit for approval.

6) Other QS related tasks as assigned from time to time.

7) Able to produce AutoCAD drawing.

8) Able to read M&E drawings.

9) Review the technical standards/specification/datasheet/calculation/drawings.

10) Support and provide mechanical engineering design.

11) Handle design works and/or project management relevant to ACMV.

12) Provide technical assistance to engineers.

13) Advise engineers on the project administration and contractual issues.

14) Perform basic calculations for ACMV design.

15) Design calculation, duct sizing, Heat load calculation, cost estimation, preparation of plans and details engineering design.

16) Cost Control.

Requirement:

1) Candidate must possess at least Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey / Building or equivalent.

2) Able to communicate effectively to liaise with supplier & sub-contractors.

3) Work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

4) Required Skill(s): Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power point) & AutoCAD

6) Working Experience related 1-2 years in Construction field

7) 5.5 working day per week

(Mon – Fri 8.00am – 5.00pm)

(Sat 8.00am – 12.00pm)

Salary range :

Depends on Education Background and Working Experience. ($3,000 - $5,000)
