Full Time Production Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,800 in Pristine Resources Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Focus

· Meets established workmanship quality standards

· Receives daily work assignments from lead/manager or through pre-established visual methods

· Participates in departmental initiatives

· Follows basic rules, practices & guidelines (i.e. safety, ESD)

· Maintains & adheres to basic processes to achieve department goals

· Performs autonomous maintenance activities

· Performs basic testing & troubleshooting of circuits, instruments & mechanical assemblies for our Manufacturing site in Penang, Malaysia.

Technical Skills

· Ability to quickly learn & adhere to required systems & processes

· Basic analog & digital electronic debugging on assemblies & components

· Basic soldering skills required for assembly or rework

· Basic mechanical skills required for assembly/disassembly of product

· Basic knowledge of electronic components (packages, polarity markings, etc.)

· Ability to interpret schematics, BOMs, component data sheets, theory of operation, block diagrams & debug guides

· Ability to identify defects through visual inspection

· Competence using basic tools such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, function generators, power supplies.

· Basic knowledge of Oracle (transactions) & Echo (test procedures)

· Proficient at troubleshooting 1-2 product lines.

· Debug failures from ICT process.

· Diploma in Electronics, Computer Science
