Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate daily production schedules.
• Plan production according to customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and update production status.
• Prepare production job sheets and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Graphic, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production departments.
• Follow up on material availability and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely completion of production orders.
• Update production records and prepare reports.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
• Assist in improving production planning efficiency and workflow.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/STPM/SPM or equivalent.
• Prefer 1–2 years of working experience in production planning, manufacturing, or administrative roles.
• Experience in the printing or packaging industry is an added advantage.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
