Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain QA records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, FSSC 22000, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal audits and support external audits conducted by customers or certification bodies.
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices throughout the production facility.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
• Assist in validating production processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct quality and food safety training for employees when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Quality Assurance within the food manufacturing industry.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Halal requirements, and FSSC 22000 will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
