Job Summary

Responsible for the store maintenance, repair, and preventive servicing of equipment and facilities in Mynews and Mycustores. Ensures equipment runs smoothly and supports operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry issues.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions and faults in electrical wiring, circuits, and machinery.
• Manage tools, spare parts, and maintenance inventory.
• Respond to breakdowns or maintenance requests from store outlets.
• Perform preventive maintenance for all the pipings and grease trap in store outlets.
• Support store renovations or new openings if is needed.
• Perform emergency repairs (e.g., power failures, leaks)
• Maintain accurate service logs and records of all work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies while performing tasks.

Required Skills

• May require work during weekends or after hours for urgent issues.
• Basic electrical, air-conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Problem-solving, independence, time management, basic reporting.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing to travel between store locations.

Qualifications:

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (B2 or D) and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
• Holding a valid GDL license will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
