• Assist in daily showroom operations, including arrangement, display, and replenishment of products.
• Support receiving, picking, packing, and arranging goods for customer collection.
• Assist in loading and unloading activities for incoming and outgoing stock in the showroom.
• Attend to walk-in customers by providing basic product information, assisting in product selection, and directing inquiries to relevant sales personnel when necessary.
• Support sales and showroom team in day-to-day operational tasks as assigned, including product setup for promotions or display changes.
• Ensure the showroom is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Basic computer skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays (according to the work schedule).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
