• To manage the development based on Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757), Strata Management (Maintenance and Management) Regulations 2015, Strata Management (Strata Management Tribunal) Regulations 2015, Strata Titles (Amendment) Act 2016.
• To support the Committee Members of the JMB/JMC/MC of the Building in their meeting needs, and to advise and assist them in decision making to the best of knowledge and experience.
• Overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems.
• To supervise and improvise the works of all related vendors to the management (cleaners, securities, landscapers, etc.).
• Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
• Scheduling regular building maintenance and janitorial services.
• Contracting professionals for repairs as needed.
• Monitoring building maintenance budgets.
• Arranging for building improvements.
• Overseeing contractors and inspecting completed jobs.
• Supervising grounds staff.
• Hiring employees or contractors as needed to maintain, repair, or improve the property.
• Providing training for building employees as needed.
• Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
• Evaluating employee performance and providing direction, correction, or additional training to ensure proper maintenance of the building.
• Assisting with emergency response and evacuations.
• Coordinating renovations approvals and related activities for residents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
