Job Brief:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Admin to assist our sales team in daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to meet deadline and work under pressure by handling daily quotation from customers.
• Customer Oriented; able to attend to customers’ enquiries and complaints.
• Handle customers’ problem by coordinating with logistics on delivery issues and liaise with order fulfilment team on customers’ PO issue.
• Work closely with sales manager and relevant team to achieve sales growth.
• Positive learning mindset and a passion for sustainability.
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast- paced environment.
• To assist order processing team in generating picking list and invoices on ad hoc basis or when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must process at least Diploma in related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Fluent in English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good working attitude, able to follow instructions given.

OTHERS:

• Working Days: 5.5 days from Monday to Saturday
• Working hour: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00PM, Saturday 8:30AM - 12:30PM
• Candidates who can start immediately will have an advantage.
• Work Location: TAMAN PERINDUSTRIAN NUSA CEMERLANG, GELANG PATAH, JOHOR

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
