Our client, a technology consulting and software development company, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Managing Partner.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys coordinating executive schedules, managing business priorities, and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently. You'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders while handling confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Previous experience within a consulting or professional services environment is an added advantage.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential matters.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Partner's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritise emails, phone calls, correspondence, and other communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and briefing materials.
- Record meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and key deliverables.
- Serve as the main point of coordination between the Managing Partner and internal or external stakeholders.
- Arrange meetings with clients, vendors, business partners, and employees.
- Support business initiatives, operational activities, and strategic projects.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates when required.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, company events, and internal team sessions.
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare contracts, official correspondence, and business documentation.
- Ensure documentation complies with company standards and internal policies.
- Assist with personal scheduling and executive-related administrative matters.
- Coordinate travel logistics and important business engagements.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
