Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are met
• Develop and improve operational processes for efficiency
• Prepare operational reports and analyze performance data
• Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation
• Handle operational issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support senior management with planning and execution strategies

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in operations or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting
• Ability to work independently

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
