Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the QA Manager in overseeing daily Quality Assurance operations.
  • Lead and supervise the QA team to ensure products meet customer and quality requirements.
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and company quality policies.
  • Plan and coordinate internal, external, and customer audits.
  • Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor quality performance and prepare quality reports and KPIs.
  • Work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Warehouse to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
  • Review quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection standards.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and provide training to employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in the plastic injection molding industry is preferred.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and quality management systems.
  • Experience in internal audits, customer audits, and CAPA implementation.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
