Full Time HR Executive (Learning - Development) Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,000 in Ideal Quality 3 Sdn. Bhd - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and update technical training materials related to glove manufacturing and production processes, including Production, PEM, Packing and Compounding.
• Prepare training modules such as KOJT teaching slides, Standard Work Practices (SWP), assessments and evaluation materials.
• Work closely with KOJT facilitators, lead trainers and the Site L&D Head to ensure training materials are updated and aligned with current operational requirements.
• Execute technical training programs according to the established Training Matrix, including KOJT, OPL and SWP training.
• Ensure new hires are properly trained, assessed and evaluated based on the required training standards.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, evaluations, audits and follow-up actions.
• Maintain proper training records, evaluation documents and assessment reports in the TDMS system.
• Update the Training Completion Matrix and prepare training reports for management review when required.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics or Engineering related.
• Experienced in manufacturing /engineering work and process environment.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in process or mechanical manufacturing related industry
• Has Interest to develop a career in Learning and Development environment.
