JOB DESCRIPTION

- Levy / Touch n go (Terminal) / SGD / Others / Cash freight

- Monitoring daily cash out & cross checking with statement banks every weekly

- Maintaining receipts and detailed records to support all transactions.

- Maintaining the proper cash balance on hand.

- Reconciliation in petty cash accounting

- Key in all transaction in excel and UBS system

- Recording and filing cash transactions

- Preparing payment Voucher

- Checking Supplier Invoices together with required document such as Quotation, PO etc.

- Prepare submission of SST every two months

- Preparing cheque, TT slip, online transfer and bank draft if any

- Monitor exchange rate for overseas payment

- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct

- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers

- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies

- Familiar with import duties and sales tax

- To prepare monthly and ensure all documentations are complying statutory requirements (including EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB)

- Preparing statutory accounts.

- Providing support to the Accounting Department.

- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.

- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers etc.

- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed

- Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors

- Participate in annual audits

- Assisting of any other ad-hoc assignments as required by HOD / supervisor

- Data entry into UBS Accounting system for daily transaction

- Preparing Fixed Asset Register and coordinating the fixed assets tagging exercise

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
