Job Description

The Assistant Outlet Manager is responsible for supporting the overall day-to-day operations of the outlet, including customer service, staff scheduling, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and inventory control. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Requirement

• Can work in Klang Valley area shopping mall
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum SPM
• Experience in retail operations is preferred.​
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.​
• Willing to relocate or support different store locations when needed.​

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.​
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.​
• Assist the branch manager to manage the outlet
• Responsible for the business performance of the outlet
• Support store opening, expansion, and operational projects.​
