Summary Job description


The individual in this role will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with customers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints. Key tasks include handling customer feedback, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, tracking customer satisfaction, and supporting account management activities. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, preparing basic reports on service performance, and assisting with customer-focused initiatives and events. The Customer Relations Executive will contribute to building long-term relationships that support CADVision Systems’ reputation for high-quality service and technical excellence.



Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, professional relationships.
  • Experience in client relations and managing ongoing customer accounts.
  • Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear and respectful interaction.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or support role, ideally in technology, engineering, or related industries.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools); familiarity with CAD or engineering environments is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
