About the role

Triple-A is looking for an Accountant to join the Finance Team and support the accounting and financial reporting process for its fast-growing business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Process manual fiat payout transactions through banking platforms and monitor them through to successful completion.
• Perform end-to-end transaction monitoring, including investigating payment exceptions, liaising with banking partners, and ensuring successful settlement to beneficiaries.
• Review, reconcile, and credit merchant balances accurately and promptly.
• Perform reconciliation between internal systems, banking platforms, and blockchain transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Investigate returned funds, failed transactions, providing transaction updates, and assisting with merchant-related operational requests.
• Support OTC operations, including trade execution support, settlement, reconciliation, pricing coordination, and communication with internal stakeholders and liquidity partners.
• Prepare monthly closing, bank reconciliations, account reconciliation, financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Assist to monitor daily liquidity across bank accounts, payment providers and digital assets, and support funding activities to ensure sufficient operational balances.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Support, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of merchant transactions and operational issues.
• Assist in Finance transformation tasks such as system implementation and process improvements.
• Undertake tasks and projects assigned, where required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in finance operations, treasury operations, payment operations, accounting, or a related role. Fresh graduates with strong learning agility are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high transaction volumes accurately.
• Enjoys high-growth environments, and approaches challenges with a growth mindset.
• Good team player, detail-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environments.
• Pro-active communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with Advanced Excel skills
