Job Summary

Assist in daily operations by coordinating sales, procurement, and logistics. Prepare client and supplier documents, maintain records, support business development, handle customer inquiries, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities to support timely order processing and delivery
• Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and documentation for clients and suppliers
• Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to resolve order and delivery issues
• Maintain detailed records of inventory, orders, and transactions for operational accuracy
• Support senior staff in business development and client servicing tasks to enhance customer relationships
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads to facilitate sales growth
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory planning to ensure adequate supply
• Prepare reports and update data using Excel or company systems to support decision-making
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and operational standards to maintain quality and compliance
