• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or the retail/wholesale industry.
• Strong relationship-building skills; comfortable dealing with various business owners (from local warung owners to purchasing managers of supermarket chains).
• Results-driven with a proven track record of hitting monthly sales targets/quotas.
• High energy and persuasive communication skills, especially over WhatsApp Business and phone calls.

  Key Responsibilities

• Account Management (Restock Calls): Proactively contact existing B2B accounts (F&B outlets, wet market vendors, catering businesses, and mini-marts) to manage and take their routine weekly/monthly frozen food orders.
• Upselling & Push-Selling: Pitch slow-moving stock, near-expiry items (with clearance discounts), or newly arrived imported frozen goods to maximize order size.
• Lead Nurturing & Cold Calling: Follow up on inbound inquiries from social media or walk-ins. Conduct outbound calls to new restaurants or cafes in target areas to offer wholesale pricing.
• Price Sheet Dissemination: Regularly update customers on wholesale price fluctuations (especially critical for volatile commodities like frozen seafood, beef, and poultry).
