Kerja Sepenuh Masa Project-Archi Coordinator, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,500 di JUN E MATERIALS & TRADING PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate and monitor project schedules, work progress, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• To liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments on project-related matters.
• To prepare, maintain and update project documents, drawings, reports, correspondence, and records.
• To assist in planning manpower, materials, equipment, and site activities for ongoing projects.
• To follow up on project timelines, work completion, variation orders, and outstanding issues.
• To attend project meetings, take minutes, and ensure proper follow-up on action items.
• To coordinate submissions, permits, approvals, and other administrative requirements relating to the projects.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
• Project tracking list daily.
• To prepare a progress photos report, ensure to prepare weekly and submit before internal meetings.
• Delegate the work to the supervisor and the worker relevant to the trades.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Project Director or Project Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possesses a degree in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent
• Must have at least 2years of Singapore construction industry experience as a Project Coordinator or Site Coordinator.
• Must have 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, site coordination, or construction.
• Advantage to have an Interior Design (ID) work experience under Hotel & Retail Areas
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Proficient in 2Ddrawing software. Knowledge of 3D drawing software will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and lead project team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.

Working Hours:

• 5.5-day work week
• Monday to Friday: 9:00AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM –1:00 PM
