Full Time Payroll Executives Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,300 in MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

o  Process the full monthly payroll cycle for approximately >250 employees accurately and on time. Main / Supplementary Payroll Runs

o  Process payroll-related changes, including new hires, salary adjustments, resignations, and final salary payments.

o  Prepare and submit statutory payments and claims, including CPF, FWL, IR21, IR8A, NS claims, and government-paid leave claims.

o  Perform monthly reconciliation of payroll-related debit and credit entries between Excelity payroll reports and Workday GL reports. Identify unreconciled items

o  Submit CPF/MSO refund/shortfall case. Notifystaff of CPF shortfall or refund cases and attend to related queries from staff

o  Checks bank rejects on payment day, triggers failed bank GL interface back into Workday

o  Prepare payroll-related reports, management reports, and information required for audits and regulatory submissions. Attend to the queries from auditors

o  Ensure payroll complies with company policies and Singapore statutory requirements.

o  Communicate with employee on payroll updates and handles enquiries
