Role Description This full-time, on-site Technician role is based at the Seremban outlet. The Technician will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Toyota vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards and safety guidelines. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, using diagnostic tools and equipment, and preparing accurate service reports. The role also involves collaborating with service advisors, maintaining a clean and safe workshop, and ensuring timely completion of assigned jobs to support excellent customer service. The Technician is expected to follow company procedures, attend relevant training, and contribute to continuous improvement in service quality.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong automotive maintenance and repair skills, including experience with engine, transmission, braking, and suspension systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting, including the use of diagnostic tools, scanning equipment, and technical manuals.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of workshop safety practices, proper tool usage, and adherence to manufacturer and regulatory standards.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to work closely with service advisors, colleagues, and customers.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy for accessing service information, updating job sheets, and handling digital records.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in automotive engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience as an automotive technician, ideally with Toyota or other major brands, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Seremban, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of attention to detail is required.
