Job Overview:
We are seeking a Financial Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. This role will manage day-to-day finance activities while supporting business growth through financial insights and control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-set accounting and ensure timely financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Ensure compliance with IRAS regulations, GST, and corporate tax requirements
• Review GST submissions and tax filings prepared by the team
• Lead and supervise finance team members (e.g., accountants, auditors)
• Develop and improve financial processes and internal controls
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
  
  Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GST, and IRAS compliance
• Experience in budgeting and financial planning
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

• Experience in retail or similar industry
• Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, SAP, QuickBooks)
