Drive direct sales activities to achieve company goals by managing customer relationships, securing new clients, resolving operational issues, and supporting strategic pricing and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute direct sales activities to achieve company sales goals, standards, and KPIs
• Manage assigned customers and secure new clients from potential customer lists
• Monitor sales progress and results, and develop contingency plans to address challenges
• Resolve customer issues related to operations, customer service, receivables, or other sales matters
• Engage in sales communications and negotiations with local and overseas offices and customers
• Conduct pricing studies and prepare accurate quotations to support sales efforts
• Analyze competitors and market conditions to assist in formulating effective sales strategies
• Collaborate with other departments to generate and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Prepare annual budgets and work towards their successful attainment
