Job Description & Requirements

️ Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Responsibilities

Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow processes.

Communicate with management, contractors, and subcontractors on cost estimate adjustments.

Conduct negotiations during project execution to resolve issues efficiently.

Control project scope to meet objectives and enhance overall deliverables.

Develop cost-reduction strategies to maximize project value.

Monitor project costs in accordance with building contract law.

Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Prepare tender and contract documents following building and construction regulations.

Perform cost analysis to enhance overall project value.

Provide professional advice on contractual claims and scope management.

RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS).

Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Team player with good collaboration skills.

Good time-management and organizational abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
