Kerja Sepenuh Masa Pharmacist, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,400 di SINGAPORE NATIONAL EYE CENTRE PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

You will be responsible to ensure the proper and smooth operations of the Pharmacy. This includes dispensing medication according to Good Dispensing Practice, interaction with patient and family members and healthcare team, counselling the patients on drug therapy and usage, and verify discrepancies in prescriptions. You will also be involved in settling of drug related problems, ensure correct charging of both medications and daily accounts and other administrative duties.

Job responsibilities:

· Carry out dispensing according to Good Dispensing Practice

· Interacts with patient and family members, and healthcare team

· Counsel patients on drug therapy and usage

· Verify discrepancies in prescriptions with clinicians

· Identify, resolve and prevent drug related problems through checking of prescriptions for over dosage, drug interactions, allergies and intervene when necessary

· Maintain the correct charging of medications to patients and retail customers and daily closing of accounts

· Ensure accurate and timely distribution / supplies of pharmaceuticals to all requesting departments or hospital

Job Requirements:

· Possess a valid licensure as pharmacist in Singapore

· Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy

· Preferably with at least 1 year’s relevant working experience in the related field

· Pleasant and cheerful disposition

· Good patient relation and communication skills

· Service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

· Able to work well independently and in team
