• Support the Team Lead in guiding the development team on Agile/Scrum processes and task management.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver software solutions that meet business needs.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and system enhancements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to software quality standards.
• Prepare technical specifications and assess solution feasibility.
• Integrate software components and ensure seamless system functionality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and upgrade existing applications.
• Automate processes using appropriate tools and scripting.
• Perform unit, integration, validation, UAT, and system integration testing.
• Deploy applications, monitor performance, and incorporate user feedback.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, Node.js, MongoDB, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript, FeatherJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Git.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices is an advantage.
• Hands-on software development experience with a passion for programming.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a collaborative team player.
• Good communication and documentation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to mentor and guide team members.
