Full Time IT Intern Jobs, Salary up to SGD 1,600 in ADDCEL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

·      Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

·      Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including setting up laptops, emails, and other necessary accounts.

·      Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory records.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency in work processes.

·      Support the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.

·      Participate in IT projects and initiatives to enhance the company's technology landscape.

Requirements:

·      Currently enrolled in a polytechnic program, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

·      Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of IT systems and networks.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

·      Positive attitude and a proactive approach.
