About the Role
Accenture Malaysia is looking for an experienced Senior AWF Developer to join the Shared Platform team under the AWF sub-domain.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using OpenText AppWorks, while leveraging strong technical expertise in Java, JavaScript, Angular, and MS SQL. You will work across both Windows and Linux environments, ensuring applications are scalable, secure, high-performing, and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using OpenText AppWorks.
- Build and support front-end and back-end solutions using Java, JavaScript, and Angular.
- Integrate applications with MS SQL databases for data management, reporting, and business functionality.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across Windows and Linux platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.
- Analyze complex technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years of experience in software development or enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText AppWorks is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Angular development.
- Strong understanding of MS SQL database design, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working in both Windows and Linux operating environments.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide solutions for complex business and technical challenges.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to other BPM platforms such as Pega, K2, or IBM BPM.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in enterprise application environments.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and support technical delivery.
