Description

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex software-related issues across global platforms and applications.
• Work closely with Product Engineering, Quality Assurance, Cloud Operations, and DevOps teams to resolve incidents and maintain system stability.
• Monitor system performance, application availability, and infrastructure health to proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting resources, and operational procedures.
• 24/7 support

Profile

A successful Software Support Engineer should have:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly within distributed systems, APIs, and microservices environments.
• Exposure to DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices is beneficial.
