Role Description This full-time Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst role is based in Singapore River in a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work from home. The analyst will collect, clean, and transform data from various sources to build accurate datasets and reports. Day-to-day tasks include designing dashboards, generating performance metrics, and producing insights that support business decision-making. The role involves conducting statistical analyses, validating data quality, and modeling data structures to support reporting and forecasting needs. The analyst will also partner with stakeholders to understand their information requirements, communicate findings in a clear way, and recommend actions based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and solid Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.
• Candidates should possess applied knowledge of Statistics to perform quantitative analysis, testing, and validation of business hypotheses.
• Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling to design efficient data structures for reporting and business intelligence solutions.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to present insights, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should ideally have proficiency with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar) and familiarity with data visualization best practices.
• Candidates should ideally hold a degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline, or have equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with both independent and team-based tasks.
