Assistant Administrative

Ground Wave SSPT Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a dedicated, organized, and proactive Assistant Administrative to join our growing team. If you enjoy coordinating with clients, managing documentation, and supporting project operations, we would love to hear from you!

 Requirements:

• Malaysian citizens only
• Diploma in Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply

 Scope of Work

• Liaise and communicate with clients regarding project documentation and administrative matters.
• Prepare, organize, and submit project documents.
• Register staff for project inductions, training, and required courses.
• Apply for and renew company licenses, registrations, and certifications.
• Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with freelancers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor project documentation and follow up on pending submissions.
• Maintain proper filing and document records.
• Assist with quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and general office administration.
• Perform any other administrative duties assigned by Management.
