Role Overview


We are looking for a highly organised and dependable Finance & Admin Executive to support financial documentation, reporting processes, and internal administrative coordination.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is structured, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping processes clean and well-documented. Experience is valuable, but strong organisational discipline and accountability matter more.


You will work closely with management to ensure financial records, documentation workflows, and internal coordination remain accurate, timely, and scalable.

This is a fully on-site role based in Denai Alam, Shah Alam.


Key Responsibilities Finance & Operations Support

  • Assist in preparing internal financial summaries and reports
  • Track invoices, payments, and expense submissions
  • Maintain organised financial documentation and approval records
  • Support reconciliation and transaction tracking using Excel / Google Sheets
  • Assist with data entry and updates in Xero (or other accounting systems)
  • Liaise with external accountants when required


Administrative & Coordination

  • Arrange travel bookings (flights, accommodation)
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings across stakeholders
  • Prepare structured meeting minutes and follow-up action trackers
  • Maintain company contracts, agreements, and documentation
  • Ensure proper digital and physical filing systems


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0–3 years experience
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Exposure to Xero or accounting systems is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented with good follow-through
  • Professional communication skills
  • Able to handle confidential information responsibly


This role offers exposure to real business financial operations and management-level coordination, with potential growth into Finance Executive or Operations roles as the company scales.
