What The Role Is

You take charge of a wide range of applied psychological research projects and services.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Manage applied psychological research projects
  • Provide professional support to improve organisational readiness and effectiveness
  • Plan and manage research projects
  • Supervise junior staff on assigned projects (potential leadership role)
  • Facilitate organisational improvements through psychological insights
  • Conduct and analyse psychological research relevant to the organisation

    Challenge(s)
  • Staying current with latest developments in applied psychology

What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Psychology
  • Aptitude for applied psychological research
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of organisational psychology principles
  • Research design and methodology skills
  • Membership in the Singapore Psychological Society is preferred
