About the Role

MELTKIES is looking for a Full Time Baker to join our team at BMC Mall. You will be responsible for preparing and baking our signature cookies while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and daily production requirements.
• Bake cookies according to established recipes and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure consistent product quality, appearance, and freshness.
• Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Store ingredients and finished products appropriately.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and report stock shortages.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with general kitchen duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous baking or kitchen experience is an advantage but not required.
• Training will be provided for candidates who are willing to learn.
• Passionate about baking and producing quality products.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and dependable.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen related tasks.

Salary

RM1,800 per month (Basic salary excluding overtime)

Working Schedule

Working Days

• Monday to Saturday
• Sunday: Fixed Off Day

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
