  • What you'll do
  • Manage daily operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
  • Execute campaigns, promotions, and marketplace activities.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) on platform operations.
  • Maintain product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional mechanics.
  • Support marketplace growth initiatives and affiliate campaigns.
  • What we're looking for
  • Experience in marketplace or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience in the beauty or FMCG industry is a plus.
